RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Pizza Hut Restaurant Festival Leisure Feel Good Friday ' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 24th July 2015 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Essex.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Heart Breakfast on Friday 24th July 2015 and call 01245 525252 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
5. One caller will be randomly selected and taken to air and will need to correctly identify the food type that is is being described from the Pizza Hut Restaurant menu. If they get it correct they will be deemed the winner. If they get it wrong another caller will be chosen until a winner is found.
6. The winner will be announced on air and receive a confirmation letter within 28 days of the competition close date.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
9. The winner will receive a £250 voucher to be redeemed at Pizza Hut Restaurant Festival Leisure Park, Basildon, SS14 3WB.
10. The voucher must be used by 31st January 2016.
11. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
