Christmas Is Coming To Ipswich And Bury St Edmunds

Enjoy a magical evening full of lights and sparkles this Thursday.

Ipswich

The festive fun starts in the town centre at 5pm.

The magical countdown to the Ipswich Christmas lights will start around 6.45pm by Mayor of Ipswich, Roger Fern and stars of this year’s Ipswich Regent Panto, Sleeping Beauty.

The event is held on the first late night shopping Thursday. Park and ride buses will be operating on late night Thursdays and Sunday

 



Bury St Edmunds

The Christmas entertainment starts early in Buryfrom 3pm local schools and West Suffolk College will be providing entertainment.
You can browse over 30 stalls, enjoy the fairground rides, penguins, the snow queen and her snowman, street entertainers and a face painter.

The Christmas lights will be switched on at 7pm.
